For the continued safety and wellbeing of our patients and staff due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), our Central Business Office will be closed to the public until further notice. However, assistance will still be available by phone or email if needed.
You may reach the Central Business Office at (706) 745-2111 option 3 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow at least 24 hours for a response via email. If you are trying to pay a bill we urge you to use our online bill pay service at http://mypatientvisit.iqhealth.com. We apolgize for the delay or any inconvenience this may cause.

Patients may pay their hospital bill with a credit card online at this site or via the Patient Portal. You may also pay in-person with our financial counselors, at the annex desk in the main lobby, or by regular mail to:

The Central Business Office's primary responsibilities include patient billing, financial counseling, pre-collections, collections and support for the hospitals Insurance Department.
Financial Services: We want you to know and understand your financial responsibility for your visit or hospital stay. This includes your patient responsibility made by your insurance company, deductibles, co-insurance or co-payment. If you do no have insurance we will assist you in establishing a payment plan and/or consider you for Financial Assistance.
