Phone Calls

Our office telephones are very busy and you will occasionally be asked to hold for a brief period. Please be patient with us. We receive many calls during the day and it is unfair to the patients who have scheduled appointments to continually interrupt the doctor for telephone calls. Therefore, the receptionist will usually take a message and your call will be returned at the end of the day. Please inform the receptionist if your problem is urgent and she will let the doctor know.

Please inform her :

• What the symptoms are
• The severity of the condition
• How long you have had the symptoms
• The course the condition seems to be taking
