Business Office

The Central Business Office's primary responsibilities include patient billing, financial counseling, pre-collections, collections and support for the hospitals Insurance Department.

Bill Pay:

You may reach the Central Business Office by phone at (706) 745-2111 option 3 or by email at cbo-ugh@uniongeneral.org. Please allow at least 24 hours for a response via email. If you are trying to pay a bill we urge you to use our ONLINE BILL PAY service at http://mypatientvisit.iqhealth.com. We apologize for the delay or any inconvenience this may cause.

Financial ServicesWe want you to know and understand your financial responsibility for your visit or hospital stay. This includes your patient responsibility as determined by your insurance company, which includes deductible, co-insurance/co-payment and any out-of-network balances. If you do not have insurance we will assist you in establishing a payment plan and/or consider you for Financial Assistance.
